Lantern Festival

Last night was the Lantern (Mid-Autumn) Festival at our compound where we had to carry a Chinese lantern and eat moon cakes. James ignored all the festivities and preferred running up and down the miniature golf green with the other kids. He insisted on going barefoot and was a sweaty, dirty mess when we dragged him home.
